Going to stay in London for the next 9 days and wanted to know if some local waver is up for a drink and nerd talk :) I'll probably won't touch LW the whole time so I got to compensate :D

Cheers

I'm up for a pint or 3 later in the week. Pity I didn't see this yesterday, as i was in Holborn to meet some other LWers ;)

Hello

Yeah, I'm up for a few beers.

Wednesday would be my first choice if at all possible?

Thanks,

Kev xx

Wednesday seems perfect guys :) Today I've just spent the afternoon with my feet up. A lot of walking... eheh

Let me know on Tuesday what spots you're considering to meet up.

Cheers

I could do wednesday too. Probiner - if you're on facebook, it might be worth posting on the FB group for the London Lightwave User Group: http://www.facebook.com/groups/6256849757/

If you want to meet somewhere central (soho or west end), that's better for me. Though Holborn isn't too bad either (and there's the darkside crew around there)

Just a suggestion, but how about the Kings Arms - just a bit north of soho?
Kings Arms
68 Great Titchfield St
London W1W 7QL

It's an OK boozer, not normally too rammed - does a decent selection of real ale (last time I was there anyway!)

Hey dsol. I'm up for anything you guys like and in reach of my Oyster Card :D Let's see what DogBoy and ksnoad have to say.
I'm also interested in trying ales since I have been told well about them :)

Well I can post on the LLWUG thread and FB. I'll just feel a bit of an intruder... ehehe

@Steph that's a nice idea :) I just didnt brought my device.

Wishing I could come down there and join you guys for a pint too, but it's a bit too expensive :D

Even more reason for a beer then ;)

King's Arms looks good to me. What time are we saying? 6? 6.30?

If 6.30 is safer for you busy people, it's just fine to me. Got King's Arms drawn down, I'll be a 1,90m tall guy in the corner :)
Sorry to hear that Dan (even though it's good to be busy :D), hope you can make it!
I PMed you guys my cell, since I don't have mobile internet access.

OK, I'll be there. I'll be wearing a blue shirt with LW logos to make it easier ;)

I'll be there - I'm wearing a black t-shirt (with a wargames graphic on it) and green shorts. Should hopefully be there around 6.30, work permitting

just making sure everyone is ok and made it in or are you "OUT OUT" when you just came "OUT" , UK humour here ...

ksnoad

Well, I wouldn't say we ended up OUT OUT, but we were certainly a lot more OUT than Probiner expected ;)

Good catch up. There will be an official LLWUG meet soon I suspect.
