This is to alert all to the fact that we are currently recovering (slowly) from an email outage that occurred yesterday evening. As of this moment, it would be doubtful whether an email to NewTek in the last 18 hours or so has been received. Repairs are underway, but we are informed it may be more than a day before reliable service is fully restored.

Thankfully, the phone lines are up for support, sales inquiries, etc, per usual, and in a pinch do feel free to PM staff here as well. We apologize sincerely for this inconvenience.

Update: As of Thursday morning, technicians continue their efforts to progressively restore full service.
