Hi,

it would be a nice feature to control the Audio part of the 455 or 855 Mixer.
Via an external Hardware Panel like the Avid Hardware on the 8000 series.
In many cases an wireless connection for controlling critical parts of the show
is not always wanted.
The ipad app is a nice toy but in an live news session i prefer to grab an piece of hardware.

Regards Malte

Might want to check out MidiDoll for an audio solution.

Agreed. MidiDoll works fantastic for our clients when paired with a small midi fader board like the Behringer BCF 2000

Any word on the iPad app? The midi looks great, but we have students streaming games and since they're used to the NewTek audio layout and iPads, thought that would bethe way to go. Unfortunately, I have not seen any details about how to hook it up, etc.

Thanks,
Gary
