View Full Version : Issue with Serical Number Recognition

I have a Tricaster TCXD40 and am in the registration and set up process. I have the Product ID, Serial Number, and even the Registration Code, however, when I try to go through the set up process when the TXD40 first turns on, it tells me that the Serial Number is "invalid". I am using the one that is printed on the side of the unit, and it also is registered on the website, so I do not believe that it is a printing error, nor typo. Any help is appreciated!

Talk to customer service. They could help you better with this.

Or go down and post in the TriCaster forum.

There are probably TriCaster users who do not wander on the main forums.
