Some Lightwave command are missing in Lscript...

No way to access:

// RenderMode
// VolumetricAA
// DynamicRangeLimit
// DynamicRangeMin
// AnimatedDither
// EnableGlow
// Saturation
// RGBImageSaver
// AlphaImageSaver
// BackdropFog

etc...

Too much function do not return 0 or 1, they just switch.

Is Python suffer the same problem?

Are you asking can you get the state of those commands? I haven't found a way. I've only been able to set to 0 or 1.

in lscript we are not able to set that commands to 0 or 1 or nothing.
so you confirm with Python you can per example enabled the "use Backdrop Color" button?
or you can set the rendermode to Quickshade?

hmm BigHache? ...
In Lscript, with most of them we can set to 0 or 1, but with that typically commands , we can't. we do not have access.
... are you sure that functions can be set to 0 or 1 in Python?

Hi papou, sorry I am just now seeing your response. It's been a few months since I've looked at Python, but yes, I remember when I tested I was able to set the values to 0 and 1 for methods even though I did not seem to be able to retrieve the values. Simply calling the method it changed whatever the current state was to the other state.
