Related with another previous question ... is possible to distort a planar texture (skew, in instance) ?

Since one of the Blending Modes is "Texture Displacement", it must be possible. Whether you can make useful is another thing.

Run thru all the nodes and see if anything rings a bell.

Plug bump vector of procedural texture to Position input in another one. Eventually play with Bump Height or use Vector > Scale to change intensity.
