Hi Matt,
I would assume that the 6 pixels on the left come from the fact that the gadget doesn't have a label.
AFAIK the position includes the label widht as well.

I'm not sure anymore! I threw a 'choice' gagdet in after I posted this and it was nowhere near where I thought it would be!

I think it's the inner gap as you say from where the gadget ends and the label starts, I wish it told you somewhere!!!

Better still just refer the coords to the _actual_ gadget like I imagine most normal people would think it would work!

While we're on the subject, I find this truly useless, the lscript interface designer gadget layout code is completely un-representative of how it's eventually laid out in LightWave!

Would it be too much to ask to make them the same so that the LID.exe program is of some use! (Top = LID.exe bottom = LW)

It's such an easy thing to get right too, I shudder in despair when I find things like this!

I know it's not a high-priority but hardly rocket science is it!
