In case you're wondering how to simplify getting materials into Unity from assets made in Blender or LightWave, well, here you go.

This is a common problem I get asked about, so I thought I'd make a generic video about it. If you name your surfaces the same name as your textures, it greatly simplifies matching up the right textures with the right materials in Unity. And it also helps if you're sharing texture files with people who use other tools. This way one texture graphic can be shared between users of different modeling apps.

Very cool. Thank you Chilton! I'm hoping to create a simple interactive app in Unity (or possibly the Blender3d game engine) to show dental occlusion (how teeth come together) for dental students. This gives me a head start in the right direction :)
