View Full Version : Importing from Adobe Illustrator (or similar) vector files

Hi all, I have another "state of the art" question, related to the same gig as my Shockwave question frmo before.

What is the best current pipeline for importing vector graphics (such as from Adobe Illustrator) into LightWave, ideally as Modeler shapes? I know about .EPS files, but that's it.

Yeah, that's pretty much your only option. Matt Gorner has a tutorial on how to do that.

From illustrator I save as .ai files, using Illustrator 8 standard. I'm not sure if you get anything more/less using .eps files, but it works for me :)
