Can IVGA work with the RT? yes i know it has an Arm processor.

I really don't know for sure, but I can tell you it hasn't been tested and it seems unlikely imho.

No. iVGA and iVGA Pro are Intel x86 only applications. Also you can only install and run software on Windows RT that comes from the Microsoft Store.

Also, I'm not sure if the sandboxing on Window RT will allow for something iVGA to operate. Just like on the iPad, you can't write applications that 'access' other applications on the system unless it is approved by the OS. While iVGA isn't really 'accessing' them, it is viewing the desktop, which is something that I'm sure Microsoft isn't going to allow.

Surfrace Pro is a different story, since it is running Windows 8 Pro on x86 you can run iVGA and iVGA Pro on it.
