View Full Version : LW 9.6 UV layout bug ?

Hi folks, when I try to map a plane of equal length and depth in the UV window I get this strange phenomenon: the image is 2048x2048 and the texture uses a quarter of it, in Photoshop this is totally correct,yet in modeler, although the image is square, the UVs dont seem to cover the quarter of the map they
shuld, although I scaled the Uvs down (Transform UV) by 50% in each U and V. Anybody any idea ?

Are you sure your image is 2048x2048? In photoshop it looks to me like you have your grid set to 512 and the texture image isn't quite square as there's a 4x4 grid plus a little bit extra on the right hand side?
