Is there a way to set off a render and have it spit out a frame that is motion blurred, and a frame that has no blur for every frame?

I could set up 2 different scenes, but isn't one of the several images generated for a motion blur shot the same as a no blur shot? and couldn't I therefor save the processing power of rendering that shot twice?

thanks.

im in 9.3 btw, though I would also be curious to hear of the solution that is in newer versions...

You can do at least 3 things:

- Set up 2 scenes (with and without mBlur)
- Render without mBlur and export the motion buffers to add the mBlur in post.
- Use DP Global Buffers to save a no mBlurred version and a mBlurred version (with DP Vector Blur) at the same time (v 9.6 or later).

Nope. You will need AA passes anyway.
