I'm trying to get an anime look to my character. A 2d cartoon effect. Flat color and black outline. I've acheived this, but tthey're limits with the black lines. I'm using nodes to acieve this effects instead of cel shader and the others.

Is there a tutorial on this? I 've been to youtube and picked how to use nodes to help get the effect, but it is limited. Thanks.

If you are using 11.5, please consider looking at the 11.5 documentation and look at these three sets of Cel-Look Edges content in the 11.5 content directory:

- Edges-InkingTips
- EdgesDemo
- InkingDemo

When modeling, make your character look like a maquette or a stylized action figure. Do not model nostrils, for example, unless you want lines defining nostrils to appear on your character's head.
