hello i don't know why there is such issue with my render ( in lw 9.6 )
the leafs don't render correctly with dp instance, in somes areas there is no problems, but in others it don't work????
the leafs are transparency map.
anyone have an idea ??? :question:
perhaps in lw 11 and dp instancer there is no such issue

Don't use transparency map on leaves - clip map is much faster and cleaner way for it.

you're right , clip map is cleaner and faster, but clip map is for objects, not for surfaces.
some of my tree share the same uv fot the leaves, and some times even with the trunk, and now i've to rework all my uv ; it's a little annoying :D
I have always wonder why clip map could not be apply to a surface when is transparency in set to 100 ?.

You can divide your objects on to Trunk/Branches and Leaves parts separately, or copy/rename your existing UV's.
