If you haven't seen it yet the Tornado Twins, who are well known for their Unity tutorials have a new product in open beta called FPS Control which allows you to make a full first person game in Unity with no coding. The scripts are all included to handle all of the player movement, shooting, physics, etc. And they're editable with simple UI controls like sliders and knobs. You just have to create and import the art stuff. Best of all the lower end version of FPS Control will be free!

There are tutorial videos being made. Three are up already, starting with this one:

if you have an android phone I would suggest in general to download unity remote especially if you are developing for the mobile platform , basically hocks up to your phone via usb launch the app and you can control in game(live) with your mobile , all you do is drop the mobile control prefab on the scene

That's pretty cool. I assume you all also need the license for exporting to Android.

yeah , but if you played your cards right you would have grabbed a free unity android / iphone licence when Unity promoted it last year , if you dont I have a licence number you can have just pm me.

I did grab it, but it's Unity v3, the upgrade to v4 doesn't support that license anymore. FPS Control is also only for v4 and above
