Struggling with realism for this.

Have built a box and selected the corner edge but it wont round, edge bevel doesnt give it much of a round shape.

What should i do?

Need it as low poly as possible because it will be replicated around the stadium about 1,000 times lol.

What does the football seat look like?

If you need a lot of seats it better to use instancing than cloning them all. If you instance the seats you can make them highpoly.

I would use splines & make one half of the seat, & that, I would join between the back & the seat to get a profile for the seat through this section of the seat & you can make a really nice plastic moulded seat with the right profile. So you make the profile through the centre (left/right). & the profile through the corner (where seat starts to curves to the upright back).

& then either minimise polys or instance, or both.

I made a simple moulded plastic seat by starting with a flat box and I used the bend tools in the middle to create the seat profile, after that itīs just a matter of subdividing and tweaking points.

Here is a bit of a rough plastic moulded seat with a more complex curve.
