I am using Helvetica Neue and Arial Bold in most of my productions but I'm getting bored with them. I remember one was mentioned here beginning with a K (sorry christmas games start early here) which I think ESPN like to us. What fonts are you guys using in score bugs and lower thirds ?

Thanks guys

Klavika is what ESPN uses along with some Franklin Gothic. I use one called Gesta quite a bit which is kind of similar to the Klavika one.

I always have a laugh with our news department... every four to five years they decide to change the graphic design for newscasts... if not a full re-design, they do a tweak calling it a "freshen up". Sometimes it is contracted out, other times, it is done in house.
They always produce an accompanying "style guide". The style guide is adhered to for, oh maybe three to four weeks... tops.
We once had a graphic / creative supervisor who delivered the "style guide" to the control room, after we had already been on air with the "new look" for three weeks!
