That is pretty cool I have to say... although/but... whenever I see these types of things, they always seem totally incapable of producing B's, P's or M's. So it ends up looking like a character that is going "Arrrrooooooaaaaahhhhhooooahhhhhh".

Lipsync on this might be ok for low end anims, but has a long way to go before it beats the tried and tested method (or Avatar style super expensive face cap). However, it'd certainly be good for capturing eyebrow movements and facial muscle movements. Will keep an eye on this. Thanks for the link. I am positive about this despite my reservations! Kinects are such cool tools!
