I tried to register my software on Friday of last week and could not because I purchased it from Creation Engine and the serial number is not in the database. I have used the on-line form to contact support but have not heard back. There was also an email address for support in the installation instructions that I had used. Unfortunately, the email went to Newtek support and apparently Newtek does not have the ability to fix my license issue. So there is only one way to get in touch with Lighwave3d support and that is through the web page.

I just did not expect for it took take several days to get Lightwave registered and working.

Right now, register for a trial license. At least that way you can fully use LightWave for 30 days while this is sorted out.
