Hi- Been fooling around with VPR and the results I am getting are fantastic - for VPR- but when I go and do an F9 all of the goodness I have rendered in regards to lighting etc is gone- all of my radiosity lighting is missing!!

Can someone- ANYONE- give me a clue as to WHAT VPR is actually showing me- what are the radiosity settings that it is emulating so that I can get the same results in a full F9/F10 render.

Thanks in Advance.

Have you activated radiosity in your render settings? Good info on the basics here

Great guide here if a little out of date

Are you heavily relying on GI light bounces?
f.e. no regular light but just GI do everything?
VPR is running in Draft mode by default IIRC.
Which means limiting bounces.
