Is there a way to see the frame count in a PREVIEW that was generated in VPR?

'Cuz that would be very convenient.
(I have a sneaking suspicion we were discussing this a couple months ago....)

11.5 may be feature complete, but this is such a teensy request.... >;^)

I think the fastest way to get this (if we can't already) would be with a Custom Object plugin.

Or maybe something nodal..... isn't there a frame counter node? (can't look right now...)

IFW comes to mind as the nodal choice.

You could use an animated UV, off set by the frame number and then parented to the camera. :)

??? Does that image have a thousand numbers on it???

Why does it take two gradient nodes to quantize the V Offset input? Doesn't keying one do it?

(For the record, I have only the dimmest idea how swampy's network works here....)

Heh, he.... no it's only 0 to 9, uv mapped across 4 different surfaces.

It's simpler than making an image with 10,000 different numbers on it. The 1st gradient set the number (0 - 9) and the second is a small off set to get them to line up (my uv map is slightly off).

If you will do this just for single videos, Right-Click Quicktime's time display and choose Frame Number.
