Is there a way to calculate or know the real world equivalent of light intensities? I know IES lights might have this but I wondered if with the right formula a standard light could be figured somehow.

ie. 100% intensity 1' Inverse might be equivalent to 100 Watt bulb?

Thanks.

short answer no....
even a '100 watt bulb' dosn't describe the luminous efficacy of a given light.

i would like lightwave lights to have real world equivalent, but for now you have to eyeball it
