…pointed to on this page:
http://members.shaw.ca/lightwavetutorials/programming.htm

The new Lightwave3D website doesn't appear to have them.

hmm... is LSED.exe and LSID.exe removed from LW10 / LW11 ?

anyone knows if they are incompatible with 10/11 ?

lsed and lsid are still in the same program/bin folder but NT has made a small tweak and made the filenames more explicit - lseditor.exe and lsinterface.exe

As it is lscript, any previous version is pretty much compatible with a latter one. Few serious lscripters use either of these, mainly as lsed is prone to crashes (worst bug is in undo system where you definitely don't want it) and lsid is just too fiddly to bother with (it only generates maybe one or two lines of code per control, so hardly saves much work. More than likely it adds work by making gui implementation a two-step process.).

Who made those videos? (Whos talking? Deuce?). Seems to be a good speaker and capable instructor (and thus should perhaps do more).

thank you evenflcw, i should have looked a bit closer.

they look interesting though, for newbies like me :]
probably nice just to test them just a bit, see what codes they output.

it could be Deuce, i was thinking the same, more of those would be very nice.
