View Full Version : Quick and easy: spline w/evenly placed points / "Split Spline xn"???

This is one of those things where I'm surprised I don't know how to do this in one step.

GOAL: a straight spline with a specific number of evenly spaced nodes.


Sketch doesn't work, because it's not straight.

Bezier almost works, but the points are 'tapered' at the ends

If there were the equivalent of (crap, can't find it, but it splits bones into a user defined number of smaller bones) for Splines, that would be ideal.


EDIT: off topic, but PYTHON SPLIT BONE is cooooool.

Use PX_Bezier. Draw the spline, check Divide straight and adjust Bezier Segment.

There's no native "Split into N parts" command?
