View Full Version : stereoscopic rendering

I have to create a few stereoscopic renderings for a client, but the images does not seem to work with my glasses.

Am I using the wrong glasses here, or do I have made something wrong with the stereoscopic settings?

One of the following images is normal stereoscopic, the other one has a convergence point of 20 meters.

2 Images work, however the effect is not very pronounced. The sky requires contrast and color correction work.

What color are the filters of your glasses?

thanks for your answer. My glasses are green and magenta. Do I need red and blue?

No worries :)

The most common combination is red-cyan (It's not blue, which is more commonly used with the yellow).

The combination green-magenta is less used now.

I would suggest setting the convergence point on the boulder and expanding the overall for your scene. Also when trying to judge depth with an Anaglyph Stereoscopic image like this one. It's better to desaturate the scene of any color to avoid ghosting.

FWIW, IMO the one one the right looks more stereo.

My glasses (LW10 swag!) are red/cyan.
