I did'nt find a place to add Python scripts same way is there for Lw expressions on Lightwave. Where may I add a Python Script? And what do I use to write a Python script in Lightwave?

Use "Add Plugin" to add a Python script, as you would an LScript.

Use any text editor you like to write the Python script. I use DrPython (http://drpython.sourceforge.net/), but you may know of an even better Python-specific text editor (http://wiki.python.org/moin/PythonEditors).

Thanks Jennifer!

So, I'm not able to add a Python as I add an expression, right?

Is it possible to enter the Python Script at the expression area too?

Silvio, I think a) no, but b) you could create a Python channel modifier perhaps.

Apparently Python has access to about 1/3rd the handles in the SDK that C programmers can use, or that's my incredibly noob impression.

Yes you can add a .py file as a modifier. Is it as simple as adding a short Expression? I don't think so.
