View Full Version : An idea for faster Image Filter adjustment...

Some Image Filters (like Corona) are best set-up and adjusted on a full-resolution frame as the result never looks quite the same when the image resolution multiplier comes into play. However, this can be time consuming if you test-render at the full frame size in a complex scene.

Would it be possible to render a frame, and then test/adjust an Image Filter in Image Viewer? :) As long as all the required channels (like luminosity, etc) are available after the frame renders, theoretically you could apply and tweak image filters like Corona on the pre-rendered frame (saving tons of time) and then hit an "apply filter to scene" button once everything looks right.

Just a thought... ;)
