How viable is the export of a rigged/skinned/animated character from Maya through FBX to LW?

So far we are not quite succesful.. any detailed info available on the most fluent option?

If we're talking custom rigs, make sure all the joints/constraints/etc in maya are baked properly, so the whole thing works with the rig removed and just the joints left behind. Then it should be fbx out, load in LW... done, for the most part.

Things dependant, there may be some adjustments you need to make LW side after import, the list is varied, but its all explained pretty thorough in the Mocap/LW vids on my YT (link in sig).
