IŽd love to live in a trailer park. Looks like good fun from what I see in movies.

Then again, from what I see in COPS...maybe not that much fun, LOL.

I used to, but then this video game I was playing turned out to be a test for alien fighter pilots and.... oh wait, that was a movie.

I used to but then aliens destroyed LA and we took off into the desert in out motor homes and set up shop at area 51 and... oh wait, that was a movie, too.

Gimme a minute.

I know someone who lives in a trailer -- they had some relatives come to live with them so they bought a shed at Home Depot and ran an extension cord to it for power. Viola! instant additional bedroom.

Ok I have friend who lives in one and his wife in a home 200 miles way... He works intown during the week and stays in the trailer then heads home on the weekends to take care of the homefront. I think he has been living that way for 8 years!

I would consider myself in the dog house. I sometimes wish I was in a trailer park because I get tired of my house payment. I pay to much in realestate taxes and still have to pay 4 my water bill. At least in a trailer park water was free.

I think Autodesk users live in trailer parks because of the high subscription fees.

Years ago there was that old chestnut, "How many LW'ers does it take to screw in a lightbulb? One, but he has to have Polytrans!"

Oh, the old days.

Me too! With an awesome render farm right on board! And solar panels for power.

Whoa....

For me I'd prefer online render services... specially animation. Although I might employ one or two CPU for stills. But I will mostly work on a laptop (Alienware / gaming levels). But yeah, I will use solar panels.

But still long way to go before retirement... :grumpy:

I goto a caravan once a year ... that is enough for me , however we did have the opportunity to buy a canal boat and sadly decided against it last minute.

I use to live in a trailer across the street from work. Now I live in a big house 50 miles away. The trailer may have been a better deal.

Lived out of a car for a few months last year! (the water was not for drinking, it was for thermal mass to keep the supplies cool, & it worked quite well)

Oh, the old days.

It takes One but he has to download the SpinMove Plugin.

(I love LW but I get harassed by the XSI guys at the office saying I need a pluggin for everything)

The best thing about all the seriously good & affordable French & Italian food & wine. By the time we got home we had both lost weight & I had lost 6kg. I'm going to have to do this again, maybe on a permanent basis! The French & Italians have obviously got a secret weapon with weight loss & stuffing your face & boozing!

I did for ~6months. Rent was $150 and I had plenty of room for my rigs and monitors. JuSt kept an fire extinguisher handy at all times.

It would explain the fascination with rendering tornadoes...
