This is my personal Soda Can project.

The label is a Cell Shaded project that was also made with LW perposely for this project.

Please leave ur comments/crit/tips.

Silly me. All I made was a jack-o-lantern :rolleyes:
Seriously, nice concept and package design and a pretty clean render. Not that I would drink one but I would like to see maybe one cracked-open and a filled glass?. Dunno, just a thought.

Nice work. Is the scoring on the top of the can a bump map or is that modelled?

The cans look great but what happened to the brushed metal texture you had on the lid before?

themaxx: The scorring is indeed a bump map. I tried to model it, but proved to be tedious.

hrgiger: The brushed metal is still there, but I think that because the camera is too far away and the texture is smaller than the actual pixels, it doesn't show up. I doing a close up render to show that they are still there.

I think If i did a huge render, we would still see them.

Anyone know a way around this.

Hey hrgigger,

It turns out that there ia actualy a problem with my surface or the scene.

Can't actualy figure out what the problem is.

As I watch the can render, I can see the Brushed metal surface, but when rendering is finished, the surface looks kinda smooth/blurred.

Ill try reconstructing the scene later when I have more time.

For now, here is a pic of what it did look like before.
