View Full Version : Is this a good UV for this head?

I'm practicing with this Headus UV Layout thing. The trial version. It cuts and flattens really fast but still a little confusing to me. I cut the seams on the sides, but i'm being told that's not the best place for em.

A seam that's behind the head would be better. If you google image search for head uv you'll see examples of this.

Thanks guys. The advice helps alotz. I went back in the cave and tries what what was suggested. I added the seam behind the ears. Messed up the ears, but i'ma work o it. Also some squares don't look like perfect squares. If that means anything.
