This is a demo for one of the games I've produced at my current job.

I was the only artist working on this project, so I was responsible for creating all assets and building the game. I'm posting this video here as a testament to Lightwave and hopefully establish a rapport with the community. I do plan on creating a breakdown reel, so if anyone is interested, please stay tuned.

I'm not familiar with game wizard 101, but this is a slot based casino style game.

Yes it is. My company provides the hardware and software to specific sites that run our games.

Very cool. There's a big company in Reno and Las Vegas that does a lot of work like this. They hire 3D people to do all the animation work on the more advanced slot-machine games you see in the casinos. A few years ago it was heavy Lightwave, I'm not sure if it still is though.

Nice work!

Hey thanks evolross. I believe WMS is one of the biggest slots provider out there on the West coast. I don't know if they're using Lightwave or not. My company actually switched from Lightwave to Maya last year, because we needed something that could export to Ogre or Unity. I've actually considered taking my experience in slots to a company like WMS, but I don't know what the cost of living is in the area. I'm from Georgia, so I would imagine life is little different out that way.

Nevada is supposedly pretty affordable and reasonable. Especially for real-estate. Southern California... completely different.
