Our TriCaster STUDIO is used by several network logins. One login (mine) exits from the TriCaster environment into a standard Windows desktop. Other logins exit into the NewTek TriCaster STUDIO screen with several TriCaster options (Reset, Check for Add-ons, Check for Software Update,Configure, Launch, Defrag). One of the options, "Configure TriCaster," does nothing when clicked. The work-around is that my login is used for all configurations - like switching from 4x3 to 16x9 and back again. Might this be a permissions issue with the individual login?
