The "Do you want to set the render end frame to" dialog drive me mad. It pop each time I press f10. Can we kill it?

Taro

Try using F9 instead of F10?

F10 is to render the timeline. Not so much for single frames. You certainly can use it for that but since it's purpose is really to process the timeline it will prompt you to see if you want to render the entire thing.

You could also try changing your timeline frames to coincide with what you want to render before hitting F10.

And install AutoRenderSaver from www.trueart.pl
it will automatically save to disk whatever you're rendering using F9 key.. :)

Hmmm, even if my LAST FRAME (rendered) is less than the last frame in the main UI, I don't see this alert.

Try setting your Alert Level to "LOW".

It's not with F9, only F10.

Where is the alert level? I cannot find it in LW at all.

Sorry, I forgot that I posted this...! Didn't come back to see the answer before today.

You can also set your render "Range Type" to Arbitrary. Lightwave wont bother you with the end frame warning then.
