I'm trying to create my own color scheme for the fire shader in TFD, but this is what I get. I have followed everything I could find and understand about correcting my setting, but nothing is helping.

This is what I get.

Any suggestions or enlightenment?

Okay. This is what worked - I started over with a new Scene. :santa:

I have had the same problem. Seems you need to turn down the luminance quite a bit. I have the impression that a custom color scheme works better in the Cinema4D version.

I found that using color gradients in TFD seems a little bit off, not as easy to work with, or should I say, you do not get what you expect, and the smoke channel seems to be missing a proper color gradient channel.

The actual fix I found (later) was to match the Gradient Scale with the setting for the Luminance in TFD. I used 1 and 1. The default in TFD, for some reason, is 200.

Was finally able to do this...TGA looks better, but I like the results.
