Hey everyone,

Sorry for this noob question, but when making instances with the new built in system in LW11, is there a way to hide the source object completely without affecting all the instances?

Uncheck the source object in the SE.

In the Scene/Dope Editor, there's a column with an A (stands for Active. I think) at the top left and check marks for each item in your scene. If you uncheck the box in you're items row, it will become inactive and will not render.

In the scene editor, it's the column labeled with a check mark next to the column labeled with an eye.
