I'm not posting this for the "angry birds played with chopsticks" part (really!)
Check out 0:52, it's on-topic! (and relevant to one of the hottest requests in the world of mocap.)

Now THAT would be great if they could implement that into some sort of usable finger mocap application. It would be preferable to be able to capture finger/hand motion at the time of the actual full mocap session, but even if we do this AFTER in a separate session it would still be VERY worthwhile.

Anxiously waiting...

Hint hint devs! Their Developer kit is free!

It claims to be more accurate than a mouse. I find that hard to believe, especially when your arms start to get tired. Even a Wacom tablet isn't more accurate than a mouse. Another thing to be skeptical about is how annoying it might become. Just now I moved my hand in front of the screen and even under the screen as if I was "swiping" for Next and Back in a browser and either by hand wsa blocking the screen or it was still anoying to have something moving around in my peripheral vision. As a CG tool this might be cool but I really don't see it replacing a mouse or keyboard.

+1
(that said, it might be quite useful for certain CG related tasks :]
