Hi Just wondering if anyone can help

I want to render line work for my comic style illustrations, usually rendering background objects and such.

I kind of want something silmilar to how sketchup renders..

rendering buildings is pretty easy, but rendering something like a sphere or a cylinder not so... I haven't really experimented with the cell, but I have put a sample of what I want to achive with the bucket.

with the bucket I seporated the colours and used photoshop to make the lines that way, but I was hoping for a more streamlined procces that is more accurate and produces consistent line widths.

any help would be great. :)

If you're on a PC you should look into the unReal plugin.

The Polygon Coloring plugin is also useful.

Take a look at the Seuss Shader article that was originally in HDRI3D magazine that James Willmott recently uploaded to Liberty 3D: http://www.liberty3d.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=32&p=6152

If you dissect the node setup, I think you could find what you're looking for.
