View Full Version : Finding layers on Modelerīs layer panel

Does anybody know if it is possible to find layers on Modellerīs layer panel browsing by name as you can do on Layoutīs scene editor?

If you do a search for "layer" on this site there are a lot of plug-ins for Modeler.

Not sure any of them do what you want though.

If you use the 'layer' panel (F7) you can see all of the layer names. Not sure if this is what you're looking to do. I work with it open all the time for this reason and for the flexibility it gives me for going between layers and naming them, etc.

What I am currently looking for is a tool allowing me to select layers using a browser. It is specially usefull when in production you are using models imported as obj or fbx from softwares as Maya, for example.
