I was wondering what the best way was to immitate a drool?

So far I have used the surface hypervoxels and used dented and a shader, edge transparency. But sadly it doesnt quite resemble saliva at the min.

Find a good photo of some drool to work from ? - think you'll find it looks pretty unimpressive.
So you need to decide what you want it to look like - probably fake some colour gradient on incidence angle & colour up a reflection map in tastefull shades of green?
