I'm trying to achieve this effects in lightwave but have no idea where to start. It's basically a kind of "animated growth" type effect. Here's a good example built in softimage:

Thanks for that! I will keep this in mind. I was thinking of something like this for geometry though.. like the grapes.. It was like using an effector to make geometry grow..or size up.. I don't know if that makes sense :S

Sorry.. the sgfertilizer plugin works for geometry too not just splines :D
