howdy,...

does anyone know if the PSD exporter supports sRGB or not ?
been trying to save sRGB, but no luck, seems like it only supports linear?

(or does everybody use EXR instead?)

Well, yes, I use EXR normally. :)

However, I just tried an experiment and it exports PSD as an 8bpc file, with whatever colorspace is selected. However, it fails to actually tag the image metadata with the colorspace. It actually appears it didn't save any metadata at all with the image.

Here is the same image saved to psd24 with srgb, my monitor profile, and linear, then merged together and saved out as srgb jpeg to upload here.

...i just got the info on exrTrader, and it does have the option to save LW CS if saving layers to images.
