View Full Version : Feedback Agent - SMTP fails to respond

My morale's down from experiencing a lot of crashes today. I'm getting very fatigued by clicking 'no' whenever it asks to generate a report because i've never been able to get the Feedback Agent to work since i got LW. Learnt from one thread today that you're supposed to type lw-bugs (at) newtek (dot) com into the TO: address (is that correct?) ...but still haven't been able to get it to work. My SMTP server fails to respond. I don't know if it's because it requires SSL/authentication(?) on port 465. Is this something i should be troubleshooting directly with customer service?
