A recent client of mine approached me and asked that I update the look of some videos they had been using. The videos show several different stages in the manufacturing process or solar cells.

The video can be seen here, I've also attached a picture.

For some reason, CG Society wouldn't load the animation so I have reuploaded it. This one can now be found here: http://meatycheesyboy.cgsociety.org/gallery/1022593/

Still not loading. At least for me.

It's not loading for me, either. All I see are a blank screen and a twirling candy cane/barbershop pole thingy on the bottom of the display area. According to my browser (FireFox 8.0), I'm not waiting for anything to download.

hmmm... I'm getting broken links all over CG Society. Maybe they're doing some sort of server migration or something.

Thanks for trying to look everyone, I will post an update either when it is working or when I have hosted this somewhere else.

If you need a model of an un-ground silicon ingot for your project, I can supply you with a couple. The longer one is a typical solar crystal.

May I ask what your backdrop was? Just a white color with a floor?

Yes, just a white backdrop and white fog in the distance. The floor is a gray object with 50% reflectivity.

I don't think I'll be needing them but thank you very much for offering.
