I have a CD with various Sequenced files on it. Each sequenced frame is numbered 001,002 etc. I want to load these frames in to AURA and then save the result render out as an avi. file. How do I load the sequenced frames????

I'm still new to Aura, but if you go to Import - Sequence, the file requester should come up. Click on the first file in the sequence, hit Okay, and it should load the entire sequence.

Thanks for the advice. I have tried that with no luck. This CD was purchased for use with the old AMIGA system but the files are all JPEG....I will keep trying...;)

Well, if it is an old amiga disk, the files will not have extensions, and they may actually have .001.002 etc for the file neames -- that'll cause a problem. I'm betting that's it, if so:

Windows is picky about this stuff (the Amiga was more forgiving, and superior in many ways, but let's not go there <g>).... So I would suggest that you simply copy the files onto your hard drive, and then rename them to "file001.jpg, file002.jpg, etc.". Of course who would want to do that manually? You can get a mass renaming tool if you don't have one -- I think Directory Opus, for instance, has that built in... you can get tools to do this, often for free. Some renamers:

Hi....thanks again. I found that the files are actually iff. files. I brought a few of them into a seperate folder and converted them into .jpeg format with Ulead PhotoImpact 6.9. I then lloaded these into Aura as a short sequence and saved out as an .avi file...works great....problem solved....another in the endless line of problems.
