How do I drape a character with a cloth, how do I assign the dynamic null to a character so that the cloth drapes the character and not just a sphere. I think somewhere in the cloth dynamic I have to add the character instead of a sphere?

Add collision in the characters dynamics tab and set to object advance or object subdivision. Set the cloth collision to all.

Interesting thing is once it's draped, you can save the dynamics transformed object as a new object. Think of the possibilities.

shadow please go step by step, I am confused on the "Add collision in character dymanic tab. I can not find character anywhere. I have the sheet ready to go, but it is making my character the target of the sheet.

Select the character over which you would like to drape the sheet.

Go into Object Properties by pressing 'p'

Select the Dynamics Tab.

Select collision from the Add Dynamics drop down menu.

Select FX Collision that should now appear with in the Dynamics list of your character just below the drop down menu.

Change Type from Sphere to Object-Subdiv or Object-Advanced.

Save then hit Calculate.
