View Full Version : Upgrade question - couldn't get anyone on customer support lines

I couldn't get anyone at customer support for the second time.. now I love Newtek and their great products but it seems to me that they need me to reorganize and run their meger call center. :)

All right, here's my question hopefully someone has an answer. I upgraded to VT3 last week. This required a hardware upgrade to my card.. ( :) it was old.) So I shipped the card to Newtek Postal Express Mail with the RMA on the package. Today I got a big package from Newtek. It contained the manual and that's all.. no card. Is this normal.. or did they forget to send my card back?

If you already have the software then you should expect they would send you the manual like they did. I'm assuming you downloaded the upgrade at the time of purchase or you received that with the manual. You should probably expect the card will be sent separately. Sadly, I have had the same experiences with Newtek's phone lines.
