not going to bore you with the facts its early and I need sleep

lwo converted to play and display in web browser you need google chrome WORKS BEST or FF with WEBGL installed it should ask

its 7 meg model file so if you are slow internet "sorry"

I will make a tut on how to do this once I get this project out of the way , you can also do it via collada ....

http://3djunkies.net/3d/test.html (http://www.3djunkies.net/3d/test.html) give it time to load.....

go here for more details

https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js

Ill work on a generic script and better mouse controls but first SLEEEEEP

Whats with the smoothing on the shirt.
This is great to showcase models.

its the subd level/no smoothing , I need to go into blender and run the python export script .json , I could add more subds but it would run hackit, although I could run a loading screen at the start ............. you can use fbx format or collada which can be rigged , you can also import blender scene files .

an Lscript which exported the file and imported it an html generic scripts would be nice @)

Amazing !! nice way to show off a model.
i wonder if it could be possible to use the icons on the screen, and also as an option to maybe use touch system like in ipad to manipulate the object. would be really great !!!! :)

yeah its web based so anything is possible esp with css3 and webgl .

all you would do is track the mouse / figure movement and trigger the event , I dont have much time to mess around with it , remember the model does not need to be static , it can be fully rigged and animated .with normal displacment and spec maps including shader ie SKIN / fresnel

In a couple of weeks Ill release a hack and slash template but atm I am baw deep in work .soz

OnlineRender i get a "Not Found" error with Firefox 7.01 here http://3djunkies.net/3d/test.html ?

Edit: http://3djunkies.net/3d/proton.html works. Kinda:) Page opens but i see no model.
Chrome did show it. Looks good , OnlineRender

The LW logo worked.

Nemoid that is a good example...A little too good maybe! My wife and i thought the same thing "Creepy if he would open suddenly his eyes" :)

there is some issues with FF hence why I say chrome is probably best , the proton model is 6.6meg which is why it may take a good few second to load , but once its there it goes ok ... cheers
