I have create Text to model and now I transfer this to layout and start the plg to realflow but I get this error
non-triangulated polygons will be triangulated for export to Realflow

when I start transfer but now when I Import my fille to realfllow
I cant do enny thing with the text bequse off this.
When I have crate my tex for exempel
Silver and are to poligonmode now I shulld go to mesh and to
polygon I shuld create triangle so I can import this to realflow but
I cant se how I shuld do to lg so I can use my text.
Bequse I must have the text to triangle mode so thats shuld work if not my letters are crap :(

Your text was pretty hard to understand, so Im not sure what youre asking.

Realflow can use only triangle polygons.

Make your model in Lightwave. When finished, save it. Then choose multiply>triple to make your model have triangle polys. Then export the tripled model to obj-file. Then use it in Realflow.

Yes, once you triple the mesh it's no longer editable. You can't really make any changes to it so best to save a copy before converting all polygons to triangles.
