Just wondering which people prefer or find work better within LW.

I have had VERY good luck working with DS3/4 and the FBX plugins.

I'm kind of torn between the lower poly count of the genesis characters from 4, verses working with all the morphs available with the DS3 version of the FBX exporter.

On the whole, moving through a DZ X / Mobu / LW workflow seems to be the best for me.

How is the face morph in daz to create new characters?

Works almost exactly like it's Poser counterpart in terms of spinning the dials, but Poser has the Face Room which lets you randomize your creations (it only works with the supplied characters, not the ones from Daz, however).

My vote would have to go to Daz. It has the Autofit tool for clothing so you can fit any clothing to any other figure, a superb auto-rigging system for original characters and clothes, and of course the Genesis figure, which is really cool.

The Daz figures (Vicky 4, Mike 4, Genesis) vs the original Poser figures (Miki, Sydney, etc): No contest here, Daz has the best original figures and they are the most widely supported by the developer community.
